How to Register for an AdvicePay Account

Welcome to AdvicePay!

As a client, there are a few ways to register for an account. The first way is to receive an invitation email from your Financial Advisor. They can send you a registration link to your email on file linked to AdvicePay, and you can simply click on the link in the email to create a password for an account, see below for how to do this:

The email will have a subject header will read: Welcome to AdvicePay

Here is the email body:

When you click Setup your Account it will direct you to create a password(below), thereafter, you will be directed to inside of your account.

To sign into your account in the future, your email is your username, and the password is created.

If you forget your password head over to the login page https:app.advicepay.com and go to Forgot Password. Only use the email address that is on the account in AdvicePay, others will not be recognized or sent.

To sign into AdvicePay directly, just go to https://app.advicepay.com OR

after clicking on the invoice in the email from your advisor, use the Sign-In link located under the cards as seen below:

The other way to register for an AdvicePay account is after making a payment.

If you click on the link and see the above image, after submitting the payment without logging in, you will see the page below. By clicking on the button to create an account, you will be prompted to create a password that will be sent to the inside of your account.

*(this button will only show Create an Account if they have not yet registered a password)

Once you click the link, you'll see the below and frrom thereyou'll need to go to your email to verify it's you trying to create an account. You will verify this in an email sent from info@app.advicepay.com and the email subject will be: AdvicePay Password Reset.

TIP: Please note that if you are already registered, the button above after paying will allow you to log into your existing account not create a new one.
