How to add emails from AdvicePay to your safe sender/allow list!
From time to time, emails sent through AdvicePay can get caught up in strict spam filters, ultimately ending up buried in your email's Junk/Promo folders. This means you might miss an important invoice that your financial advisor has sent, or that you won't be able to reset a forgotten password.
To make sure that notices from your advisor always come straight to your inbox, and to help you use AdvicePay with the least amount of effort as possible, we encourage you to quickly designate AdvicePay as a safe sender. This typically takes less than a minute to set up.
All AdvicePay system emails are sent from: info@app.advicepay.com
For the following platforms, we like referencing this Lifewire tutorial on How to Add Email Addresses to an Allow or Safe Sender List:

- Outlook
- Comcast

If your email platform is not included in the above list, simply add info@app.advicepay.com as a Contact!
Optimum email customers: Optimum currently blocks all AdvicePay emails to optionline.net email addresses. In addition to adding AdvicePay as a Contact, they suggest:
1. Signing in to your Optimum account.
2. Scrolling down and looking on the right side of the page for a "SPAM SCRUB" link.
3. Clicking "SPAM SCRUB" and turning it off.
If this doesn't fix the issue, we recommend using a Gmail email address for your AdvicePay account login.
Still need a bit more help? We recommend reaching out to your email platform's Support docs or your security team for the best help.
